章魚燒

好吃的章魚燒

 是用這個鍋子做的唷

這個鍋子很有歷史也很有紀念意義

看這內附的說明書陳舊的程度就可以知道鍋子有多久了

這是14年前我20歲生日時

一群專科最好的同學合送我的

這是我當時朝思慕想的想要的一個鍋子

當年這東西並不像現在這麼好買

所以收到時我超感動的

(不過當時男朋友很嫌棄這生日禮物)

雖然裡面有附說明書 但一直試作都失敗

後來隨著結婚之後 這個鍋子就收到娘家的角落裡

前陣子突然很想自己動手做章魚燒

就把鍋子翻找了出來 好好洗乾淨

開始做囉

麵粉(中筋或低筋都OK)60克

玉米粉              5克

柴魚高湯           250CC

蛋                 一顆

先把這四種材料混均勻

變成很稀稀的麵粉水

鍋燒熱 均上油

倒入麵粉水 每個洞裡放進切碎的高麗菜

還有切成塊的貢丸或甜不辣

應該是要加章魚才對  但兒子咬不動章魚

就隨性改成愛吃的食材

等麵粉水邊邊都開始凝固後

就可以用工具把章魚燒挑起來翻面

慢慢的調整成圓形

等整個章魚燒顏色都變得均勻的焦黃後就可以啦

因為火力沒那麼均勻 所以有些會先好

先好的就拿起來

然後灑上肉鬆 (因為柴魚拿去熬湯用完了)

再擠上沙拉就可以開動啦
