【自己動手做】海苔玉子燒

只要我去吃爭鮮迴轉壽司回來

大概有一個禮拜我不會再讓二個兒子吃蛋

因為他們超愛吃玉子燒的

一吃就七八盤

而我則是喜愛煎玉子燒的過程

因為像在玩一樣

所以如果有要準備郊遊或校外教學的便當時

絕對會有的配菜就是玉子燒了

這次想要有點變化

煎了原味和加了海苔的二種

先打三顆蛋 加一匙糖 一匙醬油

不要打太散

玉子燒鍋抹上薄薄的油 旁邊和最前端也要抹喔

倒入蛋汁 火速放上高岡屋海苔四片

然後依海苔片的大小折起來

再倒上蛋汁後再舖上海苔

*照一般食譜是要再抹油再倒蛋汁 但因我的鍋是不沾鍋材質的就沒再抹油了 一樣不沾

這邊我失手多放了一片  其實三片就好

因為最左邊放到剛剛折起來的蛋上的那片是多的

再把蛋皮折起來 動作要快 不能讓蛋汁太熟

再倒蛋汁 這次只需二片海苔就夠

一樣折起來

*如果是做原味的就是不加海苔 一直加蛋汁一直折就是了

因為這次是要帶出門吃

怕剛剛折蛋的過程會有些蛋沒熟透

所以把折成漂亮長方柱的玉子燒放在鍋裡

把四面都用小火再繼續加熱 確保裡面有熟透

放涼切開

切開來跟我想像的有點不一樣

因為在折的時候海苔有移位了

我想像的是會漂漂亮亮一層一層規律的排好好的

雖然沒有很漂亮

但是美味不減
